I am the husk of a man
Breathing the embrace
Of a woman folded
Around me.
Seething my body
Is lost among the shape
of her sea.
I am aware of the things
Seeming to be real
Yet far off and beyond
My senses.
Teeming droplets of
Gilded perspiration
Condenses.
May sleep overtaketh
When we fall from ourselves
Out of body we are
Unaware of ourselves.
I am lost in her world
Reeling and blinded
In communication
Without word.
Feeling the listless
Contours of our union
Barely heard.
May sleep everbindeth
When we mix with each other
Out of body we are
Entwined in each other.
